Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to enable effect to be given to the Convention on Offences and Certain other Acts committed on board Aircraft done at Tokyo on the 14th day of September, 1963, and the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Seizure of Aircraft done at The Hague on the 16th day of December, 1970 and to provide for matters related thereto.
