The delay in the issue of the pension book in the case of this person, which is regretted, was due to the loss in transit from the local social welfare officer to the headquarters of my Department of the form requesting that such pension book should be issued. A pension book at the maximum rate has been issued now and all arrears of pension due have been paid.
