Vol. 269 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Kerry Farm.

7.

asked the Minister for Health if he will arrange to have the Gortroe farm at Fossa, Killarney, County Kerry, excluded from properties that passed under the Health Acts to the Southern Health Board, as this farm was purchased with a council loan and was afterwards let to the health section of the council for use as a mental hospital.

The lands in question are at present the subject of negotiation as between the Kerry County Council and the Southern Health Board. I would not feel justified in intervening in these negotiations at this stage.
