I move:
That it is expedient to authorise such payments out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas as are necessary to give effect to any Act of the present session to enable effect to be given to the Convention on Offences and Certain other Acts committed on board Aircraft done at Tokyo on the 14th day of September, 1963, and the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Seizure of Aircraft done at The Hague on the 16th day of December, 1970, and to provide for matters related thereto.
