Vol. 269 No. 11

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Dublin School.

51.

asked the Minister for Education the progress made in regard to the provision of the new school buildings for St. Ciaran's Special School, Glasnevin, Dublin.

It has been decided to provide suitable accommodation for St. Ciaran's Special School in a new building to be erected at St. Canice's Road, Glasnevin. Difficulties have arisen in regard to the acquisition of the site on which it is proposed to erect the new school. It is hoped that negotiations which are at present in train between my Department and the parties who are concerned in the ownership of the land will resolve the situation.
