Is there no liaison in regard to these statistics with the EEC? I have a similar question down for the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries. When will these statistics become available from the EEC, because they are important particularly in relation to pigs and cattle?

Evidently there is no automatic liaison, but there is obviously sufficient liaison to enable me to tell the Deputy that the information will be available in due course and when it is it will be sent to the Deputy direct.

Will it be in time for my question?

I cannot tell the Deputy at the moment how long it will take.
