The prospects for exports of certified seed potatoes from the 1974 crop are regarded as good. Irish Potato Marketing Ltd., who are the sole exporters of seed potatoes, are confident that good export markets exist and for the first time have been able to guarantee to growers before the crop is planted minimum prices at not less than those realised last year.
