asked the Minister for Local Government if a school warden will be provided at the Christian Brothers' School, Armagh Road, Crumlin, Dublin.

Under section 96 of the Road Traffic Act, 1961, the provision of school wardens is a matter for the local authority to arrange, subject to the consent of the Garda Commissioner.

63.

asked the Minister for Local Government if arrangements for free travel have been made for school traffic wardens at peak hours; and, if not, why.

The appointment of school wardens, their rates of pay and other conditions of employment are a matter for the local authority concerned.
