I move:
That a supplementary sum not exceeding £367,000 be granted to defray the charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1974, for contributions to the Council of Europe, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, the United Nations, Intergovernmental Legal Bodies, the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, Development Aid (including a grant-in-aid) and the Conference on Security and Co-operation in Europe and for other expenses in connection therewith.
