Vol. 273 No. 3

Order of Business.

It is proposed to take Business in the following order: No. 11 and, in No. 11, Vote 43. Questions will be taken at 2.30 p.m. until they conclude. The Order of Business will be resumed after Questions.

There will be no sitting of the Dáil on Tuesday next. There will be the normal sittings on Wednesday and Thursday.

Would it be premature to ask the Taoiseach what business is contemplated for next week?

The Second Stage of the Prosecution of Offences Bill, 1974; the remaining Stages of the Finance (Taxation of Profits of Certain Mines) Bill; the Adoption Bill and, I suppose, the Estimates.

I just want to enter a caveat in relation to the Prosecution of Offences Bill. It has only just been circulated and we may like further time to consider it.

That will be all right.
