Vol. 275 No. 1

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Tipperary Dental Clinic.

26.

asked the Minister for Health if he will make arrangements to set up a dental clinic in the town of Cahir, County Tipperary.

The provision of dental clinic facilities for eligible persons in the Cahir area is the responsibility of the South Eastern Health Board. I understand that the board considers the dental services provided for persons from that area in the county clinic, Clonmel, to be reasonably adequate and has no proposals at the moment to provide a separate dental clinic at Cahir. The board will, however, keep the situation under review.
