asked the Minister for Lands if he will give information concerning the employment, weekly wages and the average bonus per hour in a recent week at each forest in the form of a reply to a question of 15th May, 1973.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will give particulars of forestry workers' wages at present indicating the rate of pay, the amount of the last pay increase and the operative date and the 25 per cent substitution payment arising from the notional figure in the national wage agreement.

First instalment of substitutional payment 60p from 1/12/1974

The second phase of the National Wages Agreement, viz. 4 per cent on existing basic pay plus 60p will also be payable from 1st December 1974.

In addition to basic pay forest workers are paid incentive bonus, £5.80 a week approximately and service pay.
