Vol. 277 No. 1

Death of Members. - Order of Business.

It is proposed to take Nos. 1, 7, 8 and 9 (resumed). By agreement there will be no interruption today for Private Members' Business.

With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I should like to raise the subject matter of Question No. 16 on the Order Paper of Wednesday, 27th November, 1974, on the Adjournment.

I will communicate with the Deputy.

Could the Minister for Lands tell us when we might expect the Wildlife Bill? We were promised it during the summer recess and again during the Christmas recess.

Cavan): I hope to be able to circulate the Wildlife Bill within the next few weeks. The printed Bill has been referred to the other Departments, in accordance with procedure, and has been cleared by all of the Departments with the exception of two. I understand that it will be cleared by them within a matter of a week or so.
