I presume the Deputy has in mind the provision of public cold storage facilities. The provision of such facilities at Castletownbere or elsewhere in the State is a matter for private enterprise in the first instance. Assistance is afforded by An Bord Iascaigh Mhara and the Industrial Development Authority in the establishment of such plants and grants are available for suitable projects.
