That means that we expect the budget debate to be concluded by July 10th? Normally we do not have the Finance Bill introduced until the budget debate has been completed.
The Opposition and myself have agreed a programme of work up to and including 8th July and that does not include finishing the budget debate before the 8th July. I think the best thing to say is that up to this stage we are agreed and that thereafter matters will take their course. There is no necessary connection between completing the budget debate and the introduction or passing of the Finance Bill.
