CIE who have primary responsibility for the provision of necessary facilities at Rosslare Harbour have not yet completed their proposals for financing the scheme. The board are exploring the possibility of raising the necessary finance on the commercial market and until this matter has been resolved, the question of making a grant towards the cost of the works does not arise.
