asked the Minister for Education the present position in connection with the provision of a new vocational school at Dunlavin, County Wicklow.

The provision of 425 student places at Dunlavin vocational school has been approved. I have arranged for senior architect to visit Dunlavin and report in regard to the location of the required new buildings.

asked the Minister for Education the present position in connection with the provision of a new vocational school at Baltinglass, County Wicklow.

Mr. R. Burke

I have approved the provision of a new vocational school at Baltinglass to cater for 275 students. When the schedule of teaching accommodation, now under consideration by the vocational education committee, has been agreed, planning will be completed and tenders invited as soon as possible.
