I assume that the Deputy is referring to the European Youth Forum which has been proposed by the Commission of the European Communities. The Council of Ministers has not yet come to a decision on this recommendation, which is now being considered by the General Affairs Group of COREPER. The Irish representation will take account of the views of Irish youth organisations.
