Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to provide for the establishment of a harbour authority for Bantry Bay, to provide for the powers and functions of such authority, for those and other purposes to amend and extend the Harbours Acts, 1946 and 1947, and to provide for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid.
