It is proposed to take Items Nos. 1, 10, 11 and 12. Item No. 11 will be taken between 3.30 p.m. and 4.30 p.m. and Item No. 12 will be taken between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. By agreement there will be a break between 1.30 p.m. and 2.30 p.m.
Order of Business.
Could the Taoiseach tell me when the Bill to amend the Johnstown Castle Act might be introduced? Wexford County Council are being badly held up in the provision of houses in that area owing to the delay in introducing this very minor measure.
I have no information on this, but I will inquire into it.
Possibly the Minister for Agriculture could tell us? The Wexford County Council need to acquire the land for an essential housing scheme. This legislation has been promised for the last 12 months.
