asked the Minister for Social Welfare if he will arrange to have pay-related benefit paid to a person in County Cork (name supplied).

The person referred to by the Deputy is not entitled to pay-related benefit as the weekly rate of injury benefit payable is greater than the reckonable weekly earnings as calculated from the information supplied by the insured person.
