I wish to state for the information of the Dáil that on the 13th September, 1975, the Government appointed Deputy Michael Begley to be Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Finance to fill the vacancy created by the death of Deputy Henry Kenny and that Deputy Oliver J. Flanagan has been appointed Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Local Government to replace Deputy Begley who relinquished that office.
