Allocation of Time: Motion.

I move:

(1) That notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders—

(a) the Dáil shall sit later than 5.30 p.m. tomorrow and the hour at which business is to be interrupted shall be 8 p.m.;

(b) Questions to Ministers shall be taken from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. tomorrow;

(c) the speech of the Member of the Government opening the debate on the motion "That the Dáil at its rising this week do adjourn for the Christmas Recess" and the speech of the first speaker from the Fianna Fáil Party shall not exceed one hour and a half in each case and the speech of any other Member called on shall not exceed one hour;

(d) the final speaker from the Fianna Fáil Party shall be called on not later than 6 p.m. tomorrow and a Member of the Government shall be called on not later than 7 p.m. to conclude the debate;

(e) the time allotted tomorrow to complete consideration of—

(i) the remaining Supplementary Estimates for the year ending 31st December, 1975 other than those specified hereunder shall not exceed half an hour and the proceedings thereon shall be concluded not later than 11 a.m.;

(ii) the Supplementary Estimates for (a) Roinn na Gaeltachta and (b) Agriculture and (c) the two Supplementary Estimates for Industry and Commerce shall not exceed one hour in each case and the proceedings thereon shall conclude not later than 12 noon, 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. respectively;

and if the proceedings have not already concluded at the expiration of the allotted time the Question necessary to bring them to a conclusion in each case shall be put forthwith from the Chair;

(2) the Ceann Comhairle shall, where a division is demanded tomorrow on any Supplementary Estimate, postpone the taking of every such division until the proceedings on the motion referred to at (1) (c) above shall have concluded; and where more than one division is to be taken the divisions shall be taken in the chronological order in which they were demanded; and

(3) if at the time appointed for the interruption of business proceedings under this Resolution are in progress, the Ceann Comhairle shall not effect such interruption until the proceedings in connection with all divisions shall have been completed.
