The property in question, a former hospital, is used as office accommodation by Kildare County Council. I have told the council and the Eastern Health Board that the necessary legal steps may be taken to confirm possession of the premises by the council, subject to a refund by it to the Hospitals Trust Fund of a grant paid for its development as a hospital.
