I am informed by the Garda Síochána that the advertisement in question had not come to their notice until the text of the Deputy's question was given to them. They are now considering whether it should be referred to the law officers for directions. One of the issues that will arise in that connection is whether the advertisement fits the description it has been given by the Deputy.
