I should like to give notice that I should like the Chair, for our information and for the benefit of the House and our guidance in future, to give an indication why he made a ruling yesterday disallowing a question on the Adjournment on the grounds that the Minister had no responsibility whereas the question was already permitted on the Order Paper. It appears to be inconsistent. I am giving notice now so that later in the day, perhaps either at the beginning of or after Questions he might give an indication of the grounds for his ruling.
