Consideration of the appeal under the Housing Act, 1969, against the decision by Dublin Corporation refusing permission for the demolition of Nos. 73, 75, 77, 79 and 81, Percy Place and No. 16, Haddington Road has been deferred for the time being at the request of the representatives of the applicants who have intimated that they will be submitting revised development proposals.
