Vol. 291 No. 15

Business of Dáil.

May I take it that we can have some reasonable assurance that all these Bills which will be taken on the 14th October, apart from the Bill from the Seanad, will have been circulated at a reasonably early time before we resume.

The Air Companies Bill is in the Post for Deputies this morning.

When will the Consumer Information Bill be published?

As early as possible during the recess.

Could the Parliamentary Secretary be more specific than that?

Is it drafted yet?

It is in the process of being drafted. I expect it will be ready reasonably early in the recess.

I read a statement by the Parliamentary Secretary in the Press today which said that it has not as yet been presented to the Government.

It has been introduced.

It has not been presented to the Government, according to the Parliamentary Secretary's statement.

I was talking about the second Bill.

That is not what you said.
