Two of the persons to whom the question refers were discharged from the FCA under the provisions of Defence Force Regulations for the reason that their services were no longer required.
There is no record of the third person mentioned ever having served in the FCA, but a person with a slightly different name was discharged for a similar reason from the same unit at the same time.
