Draft agreements covering the terms that would apply to guaranteed kiosks in the three places in question were sent recently to Dublin County Council. If the council accept these, a guaranteed kiosk can be provided at Kelly Park, Lusk within about four months. Kiosks at Naul and Rivermede cannot be provided until next year when a necessary main cabling scheme is completed.
