Cavan): I expect to make an order revoking the Harbours Act, 1946 (Section 45) (Galway Harbour—Amalgamation of Offices) Order, 1951, as soon as various matters connected with the proposed qualifications and the proposed particulars of office for the offices of secretary and harbour master at Galway Harbour are resolved. In particular, I am statutorily obliged to consult the Local Appointments Commissioners before I declare qualifications for the office of secretary. This consultation is now taking place.
