Written Answers. - Planning Appeals.
A total of 3,864 planning appeals was disposed of in 1976. Since a decision may on appeal be varied by the imposition or revision of conditions the Department's records do not show the percentage of appeals "granted". An analysis of formal decisions on appeals is contained in the following statement:
