asked the Minister for Justice when the registration lodged in the Land Registry some months ago by a firm of solicitors (name supplied) in County Tipperary will be issued.
With the permission of the Ceann Comhairle, I propose to take Questions Nos. 143 and 144 together.
As I indicated in reply to questions of a similar nature on 22nd March, 1977, Official Report Vol. No. 298, columns 52 and 53, and on 29th March, 1977, Official Report Vol. No. 298, column 499, any inquiry as to the position in regard to an application to the Land Registry may be addressed direct to the registry.
