I have seen a copy of a CII newsletter summarising the points made by confederation representatives to Commissioner Giolitti. I am in broad agreement with the general approach of the confederation, particularly with the view that the regional fund should be allocated to Community regions of greatest need. I have noted the detailed proposals of the confederation.
