asked the Minister for Local Government if he will arrange for sanction of an application for a new house grant by a person (name supplied) in Millstreet, County Cork.

While the house in question conforms with grant requirements, the applicant's eligibility for a grant cannot be decided until the required certificate of income has been received from the county council.

asked the Minister for Local Government if he will arrange for sanction of an application for a new house grant by a person (name supplied) in Mallow, County Cork, and for the inspection of the work.

An inspection has established that the house conforms with grant requirements but the certificate of income to enable the applicant's eligibility for a new house grant to be assessed is awaited from the county council.
