I am informed by the Industrial Development Authority that they are actively promoting the Blessington area for industrial development. A number of potential promoters of industrial projects have visited the town and discussions are continuing with one of them about the possible location of a project in a vacant factory premises there.
I put this question down some time before Christmas and got much the same answer so it is obvious that little progress has been made since.
That is not the case.
