I have to announce to the Dáil that I have received this day from the Attorney General, Deputy Declan Costello, a Member for the constituency of Dublin South-West, notice in writing of his resignation from membership of the Dáil. Under Standing Order 136, the resignation takes effect immediately upon this announcement.
