asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs the number of applicants on waiting list for telephones in the new Willington estate, Templeogue, Dublin; and when these applicants can expect to have telephones provided.

There are about 100 waiting applications in the new Willington Estate which is taken as comprising the Kennington, Osprey and Rushbrook areas. It is expected that service will be provided for these early next year.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs the number of applicants on the waiting list for telephones in the new Montdown estate, Templeogue, Dublin; and when these applicants can expect to have telephones provided.

There are about 20 waiting applications in the general area known as Mountdown. Eight are being attended to at present and the balance will be cleared in the year.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs the number of applicants on the waiting list for telephones in the Knocklyon, Glenvera, Monalea, Woodlawn and Tymon Heights areas of Firhouse, County Dublin; and when these applicants can expect to have telephones provided.

There are about 340 waiting applications in the areas mentioned. Of these about 40 are currently having attention, a further 70 will be cleared by the end of this year and the remainder next year.
