asked the Minister for Justice if, further to his statement of 7th October, 1977 in Limerick on his intention to introduce legislative amendments to enable the sending of young persons from 12 to 16 years to St. Patrick's Institution, he will state the general nature of such amendments and when he proposes to introduce them.
