Vol. 301 No. 7

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Dublin Schools.

13.

asked the Minister for Education when he expects to be in a position to make a decision on (i) the replacement of temporary prefabricated school classrooms, now 14 years old, at Saint Joseph's Boys' National School, Clondalkin, County Dublin and (ii) the provision of a suitable general purpose room for the combined girls national schools, Scoil Ide and Scoil Aine, in Clondalkin, County Dublin.

The future accommodation requirement at St. Joseph's Boys' School, Clondalkin, is being examined at present. The question of the replacement of the temporary prefabricated classrooms will be considered in conjunction with this examination which will be expedited as much as possible.

Plans have been submitted for a general purposes room at Scoil Ide and it is hoped to be in a position to convery a decision on the application in the near future.
