Vol. 301 No. 7

Written Answers. - Telephone Service.

288.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if a telephone kiosk will be erected at Inniscarra post office, Blarney, County Cork.

The use made of the office telephone in Inniscarra post office is not sufficient to warrant its replacement by a kiosk at present.

289.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he will arrange to have a public telephone kiosk erected in the village of Cloghroe, Blarney, County Cork.

There is a kiosk at Tower, Blarney, which is within less than two miles of the furthest part of Cloghroe. Provision of a further kiosk in the general area would not be warranted by the use likely to be made of it.
