The person concerned was notified on 29th October, 1977, of the disallowance by a deciding officer of my Department of her claim for unemployment benefit. She has appealed against this decision and an appeal hearing will be arranged as soon as possible at which it will be open to her to attend and give evidence on her own behalf.
