Indices published as supplements to the Official Journal of the European Communities contain complete lists of all Community legislation including directives made by the Council of Ministers and the Commission. Annual volumes are available for 1973, 1974 and 1975 and there are monthly volumes for 1976 and to date in 1977. Directives are either of general application or are addressed to a particular member state and are binding as to the results to be achieved. The volumes referred to are available in the Library of the Houses of the Oireachtas.
