Adjournment of Dáil: Allocation of Time.

I move:

That notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders the following arrangements shall apply in the debate on the motion for the Adjournment of the Dáil for the Christmas Recess:—

(a) the speech of the Taoiseach when moving the motion and the speeches of the first speaker from the Fine Gael Party and the first speaker from the Labour Party shall not exceed 45 minutes each;

(b) the speech of each other Member called on (other than the final three speakers) shall not exceed 30 minutes; and

(c) the final speaker from the Labour Party and the final speaker from the Fine Gael Party shall be called on not later than 1.45 p.m. and 3.30 p.m. respectively on Thursday, 15th December and a member of the Government shall be called on not later than 4.15 p.m. to conclude the debate.

Paragraph (c) states the concluding times for the speakers. The opening speakers will have 45 minutes and everybody else 30 minutes and then we conclude at the times mentioned in paragraph (c)?
