I am informed by the Industrial Development Authority that grant assistance was approved to Messrs. Arthur Guinness Son & Co. (Dublin) Limited in respect of their modernisation plans for their Dublin brewery, including their recently completed brew house. A substantial part of the approved grants for the programme has been paid. The amounts of grants paid to firms by the Industrial Development Authority are published in the authority's annual reports.
