The answer is yes. The principal purpose of the Shannon Free Airport Development Company Limited (Amendment) Act, 1978, was to extend the existing statutory limits on issues to SFADCo of share capital, repayable and grant-in-aid. The financial allocation for medium and major industrial development in the midwest region comes from share capital and will continue to do so.
