I have recently indicated to Kildare County Council who propose to build two further swimming pools, one of which is to be located in Kildare town that I would be prepared to consider a proposal for the raising of a loan to finance the provision of one further pool at this stage. When such a proposal is received it will be considered in the light of the amount of capital required for the pool and other demands on the capital available for swimming pools generally.
