(Cavan-Monaghan) asked the Minister for the Environment (a) the number of applications which have been made in respect of flat dwellings since the inclusion of flats in the certificate of reasonable value scheme; (b) the number of certificates of reasonable value which have been issued in respect of flat dwellings since the inclusion in the certificate of reasonable value scheme; and (c) the number of flats involved in these applications.

To date a total of 21 applications for certificates of reasonable value have been received in respect of 65 flats and 17 certificates have been issued in respect of 55 flats.
