Vol. 306 No. 12

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Driving Test.

6.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he considers it appropriate that a driving tester should be made aware that an applicant for a driving test had previously appealed successfully to the courts against an adverse decision in an earlier test.

Driver testers are not officially informed that any particular test is required because of a decision of the courts.
