: With particular reference to Private Members' Time in the near future, I wish to move that an order for Second Stage be given to the Industrial Relations (National Pay Agreement) Bill, 1978, and that the debate be transferred for precedence in Private Members' Time.

: Has the Road Traffic (Amendment) Bill been circulated?

: It is being circulated this week. The purpose of its appearance on the Order Paper today is to have it transferred to the Seanad.
